Our menus reflect India's regional diversity - drawing on traditions from the Himalayan foothills of Uttarakhand to the coastal kitchens of the south. Each dish is built on rare ingredients, precise technique, and the conviction that Indian cuisine deserves to be served at the very highest level.

Christmas Celebration Menu
A journey through India's Christian culinary heritage: the Syrian Christian kitchens of Kerala, the Portuguese traditions of Goa and the French-influenced cooking of Pondicherry. A sharing menu at £45 per person, served on Christmas Day from 12pm to 6pm and Boxing Day from 5pm to 10pm.
Tasting Menu
A curated journey through India's regional traditions. Six courses with optional wine pairing. Not available Friday and Saturday evening.
Lunch Set Menu
Two courses showcasing the best of our kitchen. £20 per person, to be taken by entire table. Available all days.
Party Set Menus
Designed for celebrations and gatherings. Generous sharing menus at £35 or £40 per person, including a vegetarian menu at £40.
