Served for table. Wine pairing £35 (each wine glass 100ml, dessert wine 50ml).

Served with mango and green chutney.

Course 1 - Grilled Tiger Prawn

Juicy wild tiger prawns marinated in kasundi, black pepper, chili, ginger, garlic. Paired with Grenache Gris, Les Sardines 2024, Domaine Lafage, Roussillon, France.

Course 2 - Chicken Lollipop

Chicken nibbles, chilli garlic and tomato chutney, curry leaf. Paired with Shiraz, Sula Vineyards 2023, Nasik, India.

Course 3 - Pulled Duck Chettinad

Paired with Negroamaro, Il Pumo, San Marzano 2024, Puglia, Italy.

Course 4 - Lime Sorbet

Palate cleanser.

Course 5 - Choose: Methi Chicken / Coastal Lamb Curry / Wild Boar

Methi chicken with fresh fenugreek and cashew nut masala. Coastal lamb curry with coastal spices, curry leaves, poppy seeds. Wild boar shoulder with toddy vinegar and Goan spices.

Course 6 - Brownie & Vanilla Ice Cream or Pistachio Kulfi

Warm brownie served with vanilla ice cream, or traditional rich Indian ice cream with pistachio and rose petal. Paired with Muscat De Beaumes-De-Venise.

Course 1 - Sweet Potato & Kale Chaat

Refreshing chaat made with sweet potato, crispy kale and yoghurt. Paired with Chenin Blanc, Sula Vineyards 2023, Nasik, India.

Course 2 - Quinoa & Beetroot Tikki

Chile crispy patties made with quinoa and beetroot, served with turmeric-tempered yoghurt. Paired with Pinotage, Wild Garden 2022, Cape Coast, South Africa.

Course 3 - Tandoori Broccoli

Served with tangy raw mango yoghurt. Paired with Viognier, Swartland Winery 2021, Western Cape, South Africa.

Course 4 - Lime Sorbet

Palate cleanser.

Course 5 - Choose: Paneer Makhanwala / Khatte Meethe Baingan / Exotic Mushroom & Jackfruit Biryani

Paneer in rich creamy tomato sauce with cashew nuts and butter. Baby aubergines in sweet and sour onion-tomato masala with tamarind. Or biryani with basmati rice, onion, tomato, fried onions, cashew nut masala.
